    I do not take insurance, however, I do offer a standard medical form with the proper codes for you to submit to your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for your cost.


    I accept the following: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Google pay. I will accept personal checks by special arrangement only and direct transfer from a health savings account. I do not accept credit cards.

    Cancellation Policy

    I set aside a special time to meet with you and it is not possible to fill this special time with another client. I understand that life can go unexpectedly and emergencies happen that we have no control over [sudden illness, car accidents, flat tires, or severe weather]. My cancellation policy accommodates such situations. However, if you need to cancel an appointment please do so 48 hours in advance or you will be expected to pay the full fee. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
