Insurance & Policies
I do not accept insurance payments, however I will send you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can use “Reimbursify.com” If you need additional help. You may also use credit card, HSA cards venmo and zelle to process your payment. Ask for details when you have your free consultation.
I accept the following: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Google pay. I will accept personal checks by special arrangement only and direct transfer from a health savings account. I do not accept credit cards.
I set aside a special time to meet with you and it is not possible to fill this special time with another client. I understand that life can go unexpectedly and emergencies happen that we have no control over [sudden illness, car accidents, flat tires, or severe weather]. My cancellation policy accommodates such situations. However, if you need to cancel an appointment please do so 48 hours in advance or you will be expected to pay the full fee. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
